Add non-native Wifi Settings to App

Hello, I have a kiosk app for android tablet. All other apps are blocked. The native android wifi settings are blocked by our security policy. I need the give the user the ability to edit wifi settings from inside our kiosk app. I will provide you with the current source code for the kiosk app. If you add code like this:- 1) If connected, proceed as normal to the kiosk. 2) If not connected, display a button saying 'Open Wifi Settings' (this is already in the app and when it is pressed, the system wifi settings opens, but this is not possible when running on the kiosk tablet. The security system automatically closes the wifi settings) 3) If the user presses the 'Open Wifi Settings' button, a dialog (not the system wifi settings) should display allowing the user to select their network and input the wifi password. 4) Once connected, the app should proceed normally like step 1. The award will possibly go to someone who can show they have done this before. Thanks Dan
