An iOS app based on Nuance NEDV SDK

I need a freelancer to develop an iOS app with functionalities of speech recognition and voice generation. Nuance NEDV SDK support these functionalities, so you do not need to worry about speech recognition and voice generation. Basically, the app recognize the speech of user, convert into text and send to a server by http connection. Then get the reply text from the server and generate voice for the user.
The payment will be release by two milestone. The first milestone is complete a runnable version and submit the code to me. The last milestone is the app is accepted and published on Apple store.
