Develop a cross-platform mobile application

A draft detailed description can be send upon request. The application should be delivered in source code and no credits or rights of any kind should be taken by the developers. We are a social media and entertainment company based in New York, NY with over 5 years of experience in entertainment. We now look forward to create the first version of a number of self-investing mobile apps. We have a desktop application that is fully functional. We would like to create a web application that will duplicate a part of the desktop application. The coder must utilize the current database structure. All functionality of the current screen must be duplicated. The coder will also be required to utilize some of the API calls (written in C#)
