Convert iphone app so it is also iPad compatible

This app has about 15-20 pages and I need it so that it can be iPad compatible. Coder needs to make sure that background pictures do not become blurry in iPad app. I can supplely larger pictures if [login to view URL] should be a simple quick job. Coder is responsible for correct upload of the new version with my assistance if necessary.. Full payment will be made once the version has been accepted by iTunes
This is a simple project so I am not looking to pay more than $100
Correction -there are a total of 23 screens. Coder needs to be able to demonstrate that app works on iPad i.e. can make video or such.
