The goal is to design and develop a high quality Arabic (English version also) Chat iphone application. It should something like but not similar to Palringo [login to view URL] should follow the same quality and iphone friendly design. The app should follow the detailed report that will be provided. However, any great idea or design can be shared with me to come up with the best chat app. The lowest bid to make an app like palringo will be chosen. I will be glad to have someone with great portfolio and able to make an app with a quality like palringo to make this app with the budget provided.
