Appcelerator iPhone app that connects to a bluetooth OBD2 device

Dear Sir,

I would like a Titanium Appcelerator module developed.

iOS is the main target for this module and Android is a plus.

The module needs to:

1. Connect via bluetooth to OBD2 device.

2. The module needs to handle bluetooth pairing flow.

3. The module needs to have a mechanism to remember previously paired devices.

4. When paired to an OBD2 plugged in a car, the module should output all car codes (more info here [url removed, login to view])

Thank you all for your responses. I appreciate that truly.

I would like to clarify on a few things that might be ambiguous for a few people which might be the reason we see a discrepancy between the bids.

I am not looking for a full blown app. I am looking solely for someone to develop a Titanium Appcelerator Module that would later on be used by an Appcelerator developer to create the app as described above. I don't need the UI but only that subset of the app logic.

The module would essentially have programming methods to show the currently paired devices and a method to connect to the selected devices (again no UI just the programming logic). And of course another method to get the car codes. I will provide more details surely once we are matched with the appropriate freelancer/company.

Below is an over simplified (for the sake of simplicity) sample usage of such module:
