Android/iPhone application to integrate all transport companies in one region

We need a good programmer, with experience, to develop an Android/iPhone application to integrate all transports from a certain region. It will be needed a database with the stations, schedules and routes available for the different transport companies (bus, metropolitan, boat, train...) . The goal is that the users can define the origin and the destination of the route (a pre defined location like a station, or the present location in which the user stands (using gps)) and provides the next [number] routes available available in detail with the different connections between transport companies, and offers an optimized route depending on the user preferences. It's suposed to be like a gps for public transportation.
