data gathering app for Linea-pro

Hi I am looking for a data gathering program I need a program that can gather data by scanning the barcode then being able to add name, brand, description and price (put data into a set excel sheet i have made). I will be gathering data from many different stores so i will have to keep the data separate (mainly the price). I would like it if the barcode scanner scans a item previously entered into the data base to bring up the data for comparison and have the ability to easily update the data. I would also like a program written that can convert excel or any database to be formated into my set excel sheet i have made. The use of this program will be this. I will be collecting data at stores building a data base that will be updated frequently. Every store will have its own data base(excel sheet) the updates will be basically updating the prices and adding or deleting products.
