I want you to build me an app for android in java that will repeat ,httpget function with timeout of x milliseconds, every y milliseconds, so if x=15 and if i would like to have a gap of 16ms y would be y=31ms. But i want it to have accuracy of maximum +-0.1 milliseconds and also to show me with refresh the accuracy of every repeat with system.nanotime. So the app will have one window with input of x and y and a button which when pressed another window will open in which the accuracy is shown.
