Convert iOS Universal App to Android OS (smartphone and tablet)

I currently have an existing small iOS Universal application and I need Android versions for it for both smartphone and tablet. I will supply the existing iOS application source code.
The Android app will need to support at a minimum Android 2.3 for a Samsung Galaxy Ace smartphone as well as Android 4.0 for a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 7.0 tablet. Manufacturer support must be guaranteed for Samsung Phones and Tablets and Sony Ericsson Phones.
The included SQLite database will have to stay untouched / unmodified and used as-is as I will need to update the database file periodically from an external system and release new versions of the Android applications.
*** Full source code has to be delivered and Intellectual Property will belong to Mobiloft Development Inc.
