Convert Simple Windows program to an Android Application

We have a mixed drink recipe application with over 1500 drink recipes. We would like it converted from Windows application to Android (and possibly iPhone, later on). The app should match the look and feel of the existing application (background and other art will be provided in the format of your request). Database to be used is currently in .dbf format - developer will be provided with a full copy of the existing program to use as a template for design and functionality. Program can be seen here: [login to view URL] Basically it's a simple search on a simple database that yields results. HOWEVER! We need it to look clean, and work properly.
