This project is about developing an Android home replacement (launcher) app of medium complexity but requires a different approach to Android UI compared to the usual launchers, the details and structure of which can be discussed with an interested bidder after signing an NDA. The emphasis is on speed of use and the ultimate user friendliness without the overwhelming bells and whistles in terms of customization.
However, as the idea is to create a very visually appealing application, potential bidders should have excellent knowledge of and experience in graphic design as well.
I'm looking to hire a versed, experienced and reliable Android developer (preferably, but not required) from the Balkans region (e.g. Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro) so that we could have a hands-on approach if so required and needed. I would like bidders to state their approximate fixed fees (which can be negotiable later on). There is however a possibility of partnership should we decide that future maintenance of the app would require constant involvement of the hired developer.
