Android App (Quote)

Hello, Hope you are doing fine and having a great day! Here is my project. I have installed in my server, Docebo (E-learning management system), it is open source. I want to make an android app, where this e-elearning management system it will go offline in App, so users can study offline, take course, test and they are going to connect one day a week or one day in 2 weeks, and this app have to update with online system (synchronize), so I (admin) can see the progress of users. Is this possible? Thanks, and how mucho could you do it? Jorge
