Adobe Muse website into iOS & Android App

Seeking App developer to convert a mobi website built in Adobe Muse into an App. The App is mostly a image gallery, containing a menu with 10 galleries with approximately 12 images each, and some external links. I need it converted to an App with the following requirements:
- Conversion to Android & iOS formats.
- Must suit both Smartphones and Tablets on both Android & iOS.
- Developer must upload to Apple App store and rectify any issues Apple instruct to ensure the App makes it onto the market succesfully. (I will supply login details).
- External links to open in device browser window.
- Need to be able to make App updates in future when required.
- App must be installed into markets with relevant keywords that I will supply.
- All construction files are required upon submission in case future updates are required.
Successful applicant must sign and return NDA before I will transfer files.
I can provide Adobe Muse file and Assets or HTML Export.
