Continue development on an existing android app

I have an android app which has been partially developed, and requires some further work. The app is a job tracking system which integrates via AJAX and json web services to a server. It needs to be able to take photos and upload the photos to the server. Various other changes are required which have been detailed in a specification. The developers who have worked on it before have left it in a decent state but more work is required - quickly with great communication and responsiveness. One of the main problems we have is that the app needs to be compatible with android version 2.3 and above. The way it is now, it works well with 2.3.5 but not with version 4. We require someone to be able to come in, understand the code, and make the changes to get it working. We have at least 2 other apps that are nearly ready to start, that we are looking to have developed after this one so get the job done and done well - and reap the benefits of repeated work. Disappoint me and you'll never hear from me again! You must have at least 3 apps in the app store that I can try out and test, to see your quality. Personalised bids only - anything that looks like a copy and paste bid will be ignored. I'm very particular - this is a job that needs to be done well.
