Create Installer

I have a Ms-access database that will be attached to a book as a gift. This database will run in Mac and/or Windows. ... I need you to package it in a installer. Basically: -this must run in mac and windows -user will select install folder -create folder -copy program and many files to selected folder -cd will contain also Ms-access free runtime (windows and Mac), so u have to add those programs as install option -create shortcut -I will provide images Bid only if you have experience in this kind of task.
