Access/VBA - Create Audit History

I am working on adding an audit trail to a database. I found a concept I liked here: <[login to view URL]> I can't get it to work because I don't know how to use VBA. I get compile errors and once I got through the compile errors it still didn't work. I just don't have the experience. I've attached a copy of the database with the modules the above post suggests and the form I'm trying to add this process to is: Frm-MasterDataTool (My failed attempt is on Frm-MasterDataTool2) You'll need to check or paste over the VBA code to make sure I haven't screwed anything up there. One addition: I want to add a field to each record created in the Tbl__ChangeTracker -- "Customer Mobile Number" which is present in my form. It needs to get included with each record. If for some reason this audit trail will not work, I'll accept another similar process, but this one seems fairly robust and (if I could get it to work!) it would copy to other forms easily, and I particularly like that it captures the computer ID and login information. I'm willing to pursue a different set of code, but would want to have some conversation about these items.
