I have created the data tables and the forms, but I am having problems getting the data to hang together. E.g. When I add a new record residual data from the previous record still exists on some of the forms.

I need to be able to add a new record

Search for an existing record

Amend an exisiting record

When I select 'Add a new record' I need all forms to be clear of data so that I can add new information.

I can provided all the forms and database that I have created.
