Tick Save is an EA that gets added to a chart and then saves tick data to CSV files for the various pairs that the user specifies.
This change is to allow the user to set a limit on the total number of ticks saved to the file. Once the limit has been reached the EA then continues to update the file so that the latest x ticks are always present in the CSV file.
