I'm a PhD student in Engineering with a Master's in Statistics. Expert in Matlab, Econometric and statistical modeling of pretty much everything you can think of. These include expertise on protocol development, research study designs, sample size calculations, data management, and data analysis using various statistical software’s (i.e. STATA, Eviews, R & SPSS), statistical interpretation and report writing. Currently involved in official approval of internal econometric models that banks are using.

Dear sir, I dont know much about the backoff problem. Since you have invited me for the project i am bidding. I can study and work on the project and take the milestone only when results are there but there might be delay in work(1 - 2 weeks minimum). The areas which i am good at, i usually deliver in 1-2 days. Looking forward to your response.

My masters project was on wireless MAc layer and i studied ur prob n can do it within 2-3 days if you inform me within today.....otherwise it'll take me 4-5 days means i can do it after 26th october .
