Algorithm for video analysis

we are going to develop a video picture analysis system, we need practical algorithms 1, short distance human face recognition 2, medium or long distance: mode recognition (like suspects, strange objects, traffic jam, bargein,etc), body structure recognition (human, animal, car); 3, statistics: flow of human beings, products, car and water level, etc 4, measurement: like speed, distance between cars, 5, risks recognition: fire, smoke, muds or stone on the road, flood, 6, sound recognition: including human's voice and natural sound, like breaks of glass, thunder, explosion, etc. For more detail we will expose after you win the job. remarks: 1,This project is just for Algorithm and its software script. 2, filters must be included.
