Artist manager / strategy partner

I am a professional EDM music producer from the Czech Republic. I am hiring a manger/partner for a long term collaboration - The manager/partner should have experience in both the creative and business side of the music industry and have a good understanding of the industry as it stands today. I am looking for a person who is familiar with areas like booking, publicity, or legal affairs and has a working knowledge of each of these areas. The manger/partner should be able to help me build a longterm strategy which should incorporate my music’s branding, business plan, and goals. To help me with building and marketing the music brand. The partner should be the social butterfly that naturally networks with people, sends out demos to labels, radio stations, local print media, online publications and isn’t afraid to close the sale. -- A successful partner will take 15% cut of income generated. The partnership will be mutually discussed and more information will be described immediately after the proposal.
