Build extension which extends REST Api to manipulate configurable products

Create a Magento extension to extend the default API functionality. Must work for 1.9. Must allow the adding, updating and deleting of configurable products and their attributes. You should be able to create a configurable product with all the attributes available for a simple product, see this: [login to view URL] It should work similar to this, except be available via the REST api. [login to view URL] Would need to expose the following endpoints: GET /configurable (to get configurable product details) POST /configurable PUT /configurable DELETE /configurable Please note I don't want modification to the core, so this must be built as an extension. After all is done and tested, developer will need to teach me how to install the extension on a fresh magento installation. Also, help me if/when I get issues while writing the REST client.
