Database Conversion - Custom Database to Magento eCommerce

We currently have a large CRM/CMS MySQL database running on a LAMP stack which contains information related to products, contacts, websites, etc . We need to migrate this custom database structure to work with Magento. There are a total of 240+ database tables in our custom application - a large number of these tables will have fields that need to be mapped to the latest version of Magento's database and made to work. Applications wishing to work on this project must have previously worked with *CUSTOM* magento data conversion and must have references for these projects specifically. We will not consider applications without prior *CUSTOM* Magento database conversion projects. Start date in April is preferred. This is a mission critical eCommerce database - applicants must offer 60 days support to fix data conversion bugs and have excellent meticulous attention to details.
