Design of order letter, simple job

Project: need someone to design an order letter for A4 format. simple job really. the idea is I will send this A4 letter to customers once they made an order through my website. There will be logo (already ready) on the header, (the logo may need a little bit of touching), some company info, and postal instructions which need to be beautifully designed. You are expected to provide some concept designs for me for possible adjustments and approval. Cost & Payment: I am expecting bids for around $25-40, I will pay 50% once you draw some scetches and approval by me and will pay remaining 50% once ready project is with me. thanks, happy bidding.
