Hey,
I need a graphic designer to help me design the header of my blog. the size will be 960 by 170 pixels and you will Ocean, my picture and some text document in the design. I want the design to look something like the header on this blog <[login to view URL]> , and the text on it will be the same as what is on the present header on my blog [login to view URL]
I will own the PSD file and you will deliver the design in JPEG format. I have attached the images that you will need in the attached folder.
