I've a root server allocated in [login to view URL] with a php cms installed. It responds properly to the ip. Also a domain is allocated outside hetzner. I'd like configure dns entries in HETZNER root server and get the domain pointing properly to the HETZNET ip

Do you have registrators site admin access? It's on the reg. side, not Hetzner. Ip it ansevers by ip addres (has an unique ip), you need just to change DNS settings of domain
