Asterisk Customization

Hello, I am working on first asterisk project for which I have specfic needs for an asterisk server... As of yet I have not seen any software programs already created for it, so I am seeking someone to create it for me... I am working on building a new server as well... so any suggestions on that end would be greatly appreciated... If you are expecting a high bid please let me know so we don't waste each others time... I am just a guy trying to start up a new business so funds are extremely limited... and this is my first project... the benefit for you will be consistent work as I have three more projects from the same customer if they are satisfied... The project I am working on is for a small motel so here is the list... Needs: 1. I need something that a front desk operator can set up automatic callbacks (reminder/wake up calls) with a prerecorded message as well as the guest can dial in to set it up themselves from their own extensions. 2. Console - a. I am looking for a console that can show all extensions on one screen or multiple pages... b. I am looking to use a touch screen monitor only for this project... c. also from this console they would need to be able to turn the phone on for local, long distance and international calling... d. see any voicemail on the extension (and ability to clear it)... e. set up wake up calls... f. insert credit limit to be integrated with billing software (optional) g. main screen should show all extensions with active calls (number calling display optional) h. alert for any dropped calls, missed calls, offline extensions and disconnect Please let me know if you have any other questions.
