Customize WHM / CPanel and attach two domains to it

This will be a simple project for someone experienced in WHM/CPanel domain setup. I have a server on CentOS. It is currently configured as an IP address only (e.g. [login to view URL]). I tried and failed to setup a primary domain to it, so it can be reached by domain (e.g. [login to view URL]). I also need from within WHM to change the identifier from [login to view URL] to server.mydomain.com. I also need correct setup of a reseller domain, as it's not properly connecting. Finally, I need a new reseller domain account to be setup. This account will be setup as the primary domain for a shoutcast station hosted on WHMSonic (which is already installed on the server). I have all passwords for WHM, CPanel and my domain registrar that will be provided to the winning bidder.
