Cent OS 6 and WHM server setup

I have a Cent OS 6 and WHM server setup , and i need an experienced server administrator to set it up. I only have 4 sitee Sites have been transferred from shared hosting already but now they are slower on the VPS because it has not been optimised. i have done some basics xcache and tiny-php. The person must also know server security to fortify the server. This will be a once off and afterwards the successful candidate will become the administrator of the server
