We are looking for a skilled C++ developer to join our team who has solid experience in the following areas: * Modern C++11 * STL and boost * Linux * GCC toolchain * Threading, synchronization and concurrent programming * Experience with databases and SQL. Knowlegde of database internals (e.g. postgresql) is a plus. * Can read and write code in plain C This is a long term project requiring a dedicated coder for at least 6- months and possibly even longer. I'm looking for a talented individual who is an architect and a professional coder. I'm not interested in dealing with companies. Due to frequent communication it is preferable to be located close to our time-zone (europe/eastern europe). Project details will be provided to potential candidates. I can assure you that this is not a typical monkey-coder project to write quick and dirty scraper scripts and "solve my java homework" type of jobs frequently posted at freelancing sites. Due to the complexity, the project will require real dedication, at least 30+ hrs per week.
