Do follow relevant blog comments and/or backlinks

Hi, I need 75 dofollow and/or backlinks but dofollow bloglinks preferred (50/50 will be fine) Each link/comment must come from a min PR1 PAGE! (please note that the specific page itself must be ranked!) and be permanent but more than 1/3 must be PR2 or higher. I will be flexible, e.g. one PR4 link with less than 10 outgoing links will be valued as 4 links. It's important that the links are relevant to the site theme. Spammy or bad language comments are not acceptable. Full payment when all links are visible, accepted by the blogowner and proper (not "no follow"). ENGLISH, german, spanish, scandinavian language sites are ok if they are relevant! Links should point not only to the main page but to some internalpages on the following themes; 25 links for keyword "Forex" 25 links for "Bingo" 25 links for "Ink Cartridges" Please submit an example of a comment you would post and example of sites / blogs.
