Dear Client, I've gone through the attached Assignment agreement in detail. I've found that certain fundamental clauses are missing from the agreement. For example "Consideration clause", "Works made for hire" etc. I believe that an agreement should contain all the necessary ingredients to make it more enforceable against freelancers. I 've the necessary skills and expertise to add fundamental clauses in the agreement that provides 360 degree protection for doing a business transaction. Hi... I have gone through the Agreement. It protects all your rights including the copyright to the source code. Kindly refer to the definition of Intellectual Property, it also includes copyrights within the meaning of Intellectual Property. Hence, all your rights are protected through this Agreement.
