Copy content from one site to joomla site

Simple project. Need you to copy all content from one static site to a joomla site that is already set up. When you copy I do not want you to copy the sytles. H1's should remain as H1's, ul's as ul's, but not fonts, sizes etc, want to keep the code clean. I have already copied some pages, I want you to go check them and remove unnecessary formating (fonts, sizes) As well as copying the existing content, I also want another page creating for a business directory, maybe you know of a good extension for this? No more than 2 hours work so budget is $30 and I need it finishing today. Thanks
