Convert DEMO template to Joomla template and fixing bugs

We have 1 Demo template and we need to convert that into Joomla 1.0.15 template. we also have 1 joomla 1.0.15 template done but we need to be fixed some little bugs on that. DEMO template will be sended to freelancer who will do this work. Than if necessary use css3 converting to joomla template, instead of using images found in DEMO template, has also to be done by the worker. When finished converting, worker has to put all module/components/plugin etc etc .... in right positions to keep template showing good as in the DEMO. if will be there some plugin's or component's css to edit ,to return all looking as in DEMO template, will be done by worker. finally site has to look as in DEMO template so doesn't matter about methods used it has to be as in DEMO at the end. work will be finished at 100% when, testing on live server, will results all working good.
