Change site looks to a joomla template + add a few graphics

My website information: My Real Estate website currently has 3 sections: 1. Main website - Made on Joomla, I have my personal template that needs some tweaking - [login to view URL] 2. PG Real Estate Script - Bought from [login to view URL] , it uses >>smarty templates<<. 3. A PHPBB3 Forum - [login to view URL] - it uses a free template I downloaded. I have a design made by myself into a .jpg and it is already working in Joomla. My website bases itself in this design: [login to view URL] This is my main competition, I must look better than this: [login to view URL] I have bought IT Headline template and would be happy to use it, but altough it looks like I wanted, the display of the information in the main page is different than my page design (attached ot the project). IT Headline can be seen here: [login to view URL] *** What I need: Someone to make some images, graphics and who can use the joomla template I mentioned before and make all three sections of the website look like the same. The user that access the website can't feel there are 3 different systems working togheter. PG uses smarty templates and IT Headling is a Joomla Template so I think the best thing we can do for it is to change the CSS to make it look like IT Headline Template. I need to use some modifications too as some of the information in Joomla will be dynamic (like slideshows and such on main page). The job is 50% done, I just need someone to finish it. No flash or sound included. Please send me some portfolios or other works that you may have done. My current budget is very low because of what I had to spend on the project itself but there will be hotsites in the future - I need a long term relationship with a good, creative and fast design. ***Current budget: Around US$ 50.00***
