Create a program

I would like for someone to create a GUI that I can input sites for it to scrape new products added. When the program detects a new product added, I would like for it to add the product to my cart as fast as possible. Once the program adds the product to my cart I would like for the program to send an email to me that gives me the option to check out or clear my cart. This program also needs to have an automatic checkout function that I can choose to enable. It also needs a product keyword input option and twitter monitor option that I can login to, to monitor twitter pages for product links that it will open and add to cart.
