I am looking for a Cordova 5.0 plug-in to read personal info and photo from national ID card or Smartcard as soon as user inserts the ID card to the card reader, or I can send an action to the plug-in using [login to view URL]() function to read data out from the Card. The plug-in should support Android, iOS and Windows Phone. I can provide required SDKs. Developer need to deliver source codes, compiled code and instructions on how to use it in Cordova project
