I need user interface in html and functionality in javascript , data to be stored on local device , use sql to store modify and delete data. we can use jquery and jquery mobile for functions.

See the file attached I need this, but with functioning..... like I could Sign in and sign up in my account, and in menu I can see food and drinks and order them to pick up, Then in merchandising I could see them and their description and add them delete them into my shopping cart ....like add to cart.. In last screen I need the Atm locations to be defined

I will provide design for every screen.
