create blogger theme+google sites theme matching with existing website template

Hi Please refer to this HTML/CSS template--> [login to view URL] I want you to create a blogger theme, and a wiki theme corresponding to the above HTML template. The blogger theme should have main blog page, individual blog post page, and 2 more pages. The wiki template should have all elements used in a wiki like highlighted text, block quote text, code block etc (I can provide you with some examples of the elements that I want to be there in the wiki theme).
