Development of a product selection tool

We require a product selection tool to be developed for our MX range of Flow Meters.
This tool will ask a series of questions that will help the user select an appropriate flow meter based on their answers to the questions.
The MX flow meter product codes are made up of 5 parts (size, family, port, rotor, display/output).
This tool also needs to be 900px wide.
I have provided a full product scope in the attached word document. There is also an excel spreadsheet that contains all of the data for the selection tool. And a progress bar to be used at the top of the page to show the user which step (1-3) they are currently on.
