Apple Newsstand integration for PhoneGap iOS app

I have a finished, fully functional magazine app built with PhoneGap and Xcode for iOS. I have already implemented in-app purchasing for subscriptions and single issues in the app so I do not need this to be done. I need a freelancer to help me integrate this app with Apple's Newsstand Kit so that it can become a Newsstand app with all the relevant features, such as push notification and background download. The app must be accepted as a Newsstand app by Apple. This project does not require the freelancer to work on the app's existing code. For this project, the freelancer must provide me a working, minimal Newsstand app implementation. The freelancer must provide any code needed for a PhoneGap app to become a Newsstand app. The Freelancer must also configure Xcode settings and any configuration files in the project that may be required to make a Newsstand app.
