Looking for an exceptionally talented mobile app developer that is familiar (or willing to learn) Appcelerator Titanium platform. The project will be to develop a security focused application that links with the native admin panel of both iOS & Android to secure mobile apps. The project budget for the 1st stage $1,200. Will provide more details in follow up to serious bidders. Will only consider developers from North America, Europe or Israel.
