Requirements:
1. Update the form field at [url removed, login to view] The form should be able to POST/Submit to two separate form processors. The reason is that the first form field (sending data to Sugar CRM) does not provide email notifications upon new leads. The second (new) POST/Form should send to a separate email notification system that we have installed (Form Maker & Processor @ [url removed, login to view]).
2. Update [url removed, login to view] to iPhone/iPad compatibility. I would also like it to calculate the miles one-way using Google Maps API. Example: enter end address and the form should calculate the one-way distance from Start X (a hidden form field) and display the pricing. It may be useful to try iWebKit for developing this page. It does NOT need to keep the header, formatting of the page.
Key Notes: For part 2, there is no restriction to the design element. For part 1, it must drop it and keep the appearance/functionality of lead submission to SugarCRM while sending the same lead data to the Form Maker & Processor so it can be emailed to the right users.
