css, js, and wordpress existing site

This is for an existing website, that needs few things to be fixed in CSS, JS, and Wordpress.
- The slide/ header: add fade in and out from 3 images 1,2,3. The images should be clickable and each image link to product detail page.
In this case it's same page as blog page of the CD.
- CD detail: page should be image of the CD and 2 buttons only... BUY and DOWNLOAD buttons under the image
PSD attached of layout will be provided.
- Comment: show 9 out of # of comments
- Background of the site needs to be programmed size 1020 width repeating color value same as the footer #050505 in x and y
- Text Title for the project scroller area change size 18pt only for the title!
- Space between scroll and "feature buttons" is wrong ( too close) should be about 46 pixel hight
- CD info: ADD text in the header area with hover state over the big image on the lower left side. about 3 lines of text size 13pt color #5d5d5d and one line for header text size 22 pt color ffffff
-Blog comments need some separation with a line or div background color#161619. so not all the same color!
PSD file with changes will be provided.
