I would like a customer CS Cart skin. I would like something along the lines of [login to view URL] I would like the background picture to be the picture labeled, [login to view URL] I would like the rollover black/white to color whichis similar to the sample template. I require documentation of affected files and installation for I will be the one to upload the skin on my website. You will need to provide a link to your test server so I can view progress. I will need to be able to test and verify functionality of the CS-Cart is not affected. I would prefer someone with CS Cart Customization experience. [login to view URL] is a rough example of picture placements.
