Ajax/Javascript Incomplete Selector - Need to be completed.

Hi, I need someone who's able to complete the selector attached in the pictures and accessible trough the website described in the TXT. This job is incomplete since I've been basically scammed by a service provider in a recent posted project here at Freelancer.com. Long story short, the provider never finished his job on time, at a late time went AWOL and ditched the project, even though he was paid upfront for an amount in which this was a only a basic part. What's currently needed? - We need it to fit on a 475px width and added into a website layout we already have. - The whole thing should be smaller enough to fit 16 categories in there. - Once a category is clicked, sub categories appear, but they should be contained inside the 475px space. Please bid if you can start and finish this ASAP; less than 24 hours. We need to have this immediately.. Thanks,
