1. Create a ToDo object with name, description, and priority properties
2. Create a ToDo Servlet
3. The servlet should maintain a collection of ToDo items
4. The doGet method should add the collection of ToDo items to the request as an attribute
5. The doPost method should take three parameters, create a new ToDo item, and then add the collection of ToDo items to the request as an attribute.
6. At the end of both calls the request dispatcher should be used to invoke the display JSP page
7. The JSP page should get the collection from the request attribute
8. Using JSP tags, it should iteration through all of the ToDo items, printing them to the page
9. The JSP should include the HTML form to allow the user to create a ToDo item
