now android and later same for ios app tracking by opengts and php web on openstreetmaps and google maps 1-An mobile application which both andorid and iOS(later development) Send a NMEA GPRMC strings with the following data. (accountID, deviceID, Latitude, Longitude, Speed, Heading and Altitude.) to OpeGTS as intervals there is an option also to send the data on php server . Adjustable options the set the server as ip or domain and port to send the data. 2- program feaures will be reached by securtiy password. Without that password no body will reach the settings to close or adjust the program. 3- program must work as a service its not killed by task manager . 4- autostart on restart of the phone. 5- it has a option inside which you can select the web which you send the data . you can chose send opengts or send php server. 6- there should be hidden option and that option app don’t show the map only send the data to the server and seen on web in normal mode you can see the map on applicaion and send message to the friends and web server. 7- In offline (no internet) GPS data is stored in a database on sd card, and it can be transferred to the server, the connection restored. In online mode, data is transferred instantly. 8- there should be option to locate the devices and to work only with gprs and cellphone towers without gps . 7-have log on the web page to see the previous day location and speeches . with date and time . 8 we have to sign NDA for security and not use the same app for someone . 9-it must be optimized for low battery consumption. 10- We have to have an agreement about bugs and modifications on the apps. 11-15 days for all project
