Booking System Java

I need to have part of this in 24hours just enough for me to hand in and show I have made some work on it. Working title A remote booking system for a horse exercising arena. Description and scope On busy yards arenas can often have ebbs and lulls of use, riders sometimes want to get a number of horses done quickly other times they want more time to concentrate on a particular problem they want to work through that day. At certain times its inconvenient to be sharing the arena with others such as when jumping or having a lesson. Currently there is no system in place of monitoring or allocating usage leading to riders having to wait around or changing their exercising plans to not include the use of the arena. By having a booking system riders will be able to reserve time blocks and plan the rest of their day and fitness regimes accordingly. They will also be able to note whether jumping or using poles so others can select slots before or after therefore minimising the setting up/putting away of the jumps. This project aims to develop a system that will comprise of a base to be located at the yard that will display the schedule automatically updating as time passes. There will be a way to remotely access this allowing for bookings when not on site. The project could be extended time permitting to incorporate a way for outsiders to hire the system, this would then include a means of online payment when booking.
